RonWhite.ca ships WORLDWIDE via UPS
Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
An Adult Signature is required for Delivery of all shipments.
Shipping within Canada
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING when shipping packages anywhere in Canada.
Shipping to the Continental United States
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $35.00CAD when shipping packages anywhere in the Continental US. A Customs broker will contact you to verify information about the shipment and you, please ensure that you respond to them in a timely manner as the shipment will be returned to us if you don't.
Customs Surcharge on US orders
Most items entering the United States are subject to Duties and Taxes in accordance with the country’s national laws. Duty and Tax rates on items crossing the border from Canada to the US vary due to price and product. On orders over $200CAD there is a minimum charge of 10% of the value of footwear. This will be added to your shipping charges on the Shipping Detail page in the check out process. On orders under $200.00CAD, there will be NO additional Surcharge. All other costs for your order to cross the border above the 10% surcharge will be covered by RON WHITE.
International Shipping (outside of Canada and the Continental US)
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $100.00CAD when shipping packages outside of Canada and the Continental United States.
International Duties and Taxes
All items entering a foreign country are subject to duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred and RON WHITE cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information please contact your local customs office.
Confirmation of Shipping
RonWhite.ca will send you an email confirming shipping once your item has been shipped, which is generally between 3 and 8 business days after your order is placed. You tracking number will be available on the “My Account” page of RonWhite.ca and you can track your package via the ‘Track your order’ link on UPS.com.
Returns
We at RON WHITE want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your online shopping experience. As such, in the event that your purchase is not ‘just right’ we are happy to accept regular price merchandise (when in original condition and corresponding shoe box) for exchange or refund within 30 days.
Please bring your return merchandise in to one of our six store locations for assistance, or follow the Return Shipping Instructions enclosed in your package.

Please note: All Sale merchandise is Final Sale Special Orders: When we place a special order from a Designer the shoe's regular price applies and the shoes are Final Sale. Some do have applicable shipping charges- please ask for details if inquiring about a special order.
